What does Woodford County need to do to improve in 2015? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

They have assembled a stellar middle school staff, big thing they need to do is prove themselves coaching wise, (not a knock on them) If they prove to the players early and get buy in...I think Woodford has some talent to be successful next year.

Can you explain this a little better? Are you referring to the fact that the OC and HS came from the MS ranks? Did they move up guys from their MS staff?

This year doesn't matter who is coaching they have a very good online and a sub par schedule. They will win enough games to excite the fan base in year one.

Hired a middle school coach as head coach, middle school coach as Off. Coordinator, youth league coach at another position, not sure what else has went down, but these guys need to prove themselves to the kids, as any new coach does...but even more important for these fellas IMO. I think they will do fine.

I thought they hired a head coach that was an O-line coach from Lafayette? He was a middle school head coach prior to that... So I thought
