Do I think Cleveland will do that? No way! Bradford's had two ACL surgeries and a lower body injury, has missed almost as many games as he's played over the course of his career. He hasn't had the durability to see if he could live up to his hype coming out of college and I doubt that changes. He is not the franchise qb Cleveland needs. But, it's a story that made its run in Philadelphia and Cleveland and gets a rerun now that the draft is so near.
