The Lady Lions trailed Lewis County, 35-17, midway through the third quarter of their 16th Region Tournament quarterfinal on Tuesday night. Then Boyd County used a 45-27 sprint to close regulation and force overtime on Logan Fraley’s game-tying 3-pointer with 12 seconds to go in regulation. And Fraley, put on the foul line with the game tied with :00.3 seconds showing in overtime, hit the second of her two charity tosses to push Boyd County to a 66-65 victory.
