The Bucs signed Collins last year and he didn't work out. He might end up with the Bengals if the Bucs cut him.

I just read he might in back in Cincy if he is cut.

fc, I saw a speculative article/headline about it.

I certainly think the Bengals should kick the tires and definitely on Michael Johnson if he becomes available.
