...they haven't come out with the entire coaching staff yet. And besides, you can only hire so many teachers.

 

For the record, unless I'm mistaken, the Cov Cath football coach with the fewest staff members in the classroom was Rodenberg. Two seasons, one state championship. Worked out pretty well if you ask me.

In this day and age. I would guess that most staffs are largely made up of para-professionals. With the lack of teaching positions and cut-backs.

Who said that he wasn't going to hire any teachers? Why don't you give the guy time to find a staff that he thinks will help him succeed? It's reactions like this why a lot of coaches stay away from Covcath. Even if the entire staff was all paraprofessionals, does that mean they can't coach your kids to understand what it takes to be successful? Give it a rest already! Let the man hire his staff and then judge him if you want. So far, he seems to have hired some qualified people
