From what I could tell from following tweets is that Coach Listerman must've used this game to develop depth.

 

Mullins did not dress, and McClendon did not start.

 

Half time stats shown on twitter showed tons more minutes going to bench players like Daniels, Englemon, Commodore, and Moore.

 

Bolden finished with 26 points, with 21 coming in the 1st half.

 

Ryle started game with a 7-2 lead, Holmes responded with a 15-2 run to end 1st quarter leading 17-9

 

Ryle stuck around for awhile in the 2nd until the Bulldogs widened the gap walking into the locker room at Halftime with a 42-28 lead.

 

Holmes got their biggest lead in the 3rd quarter up by 22 with the score at 57-35, and ending the 3rd quarter up 20 at 62-42.

 

Ryle went on a 16-2 run in the 4th to get within 6 points when the score was 64-58, while Holmes finished out the game for a final score of 70-58.

 

From the first half stats, other than Bolden it looked like Moore, and Commodore where the other main Bulldog contributors with 9, and 7 points respectively in the 1st half.

Agreed.. Ryle had 5 sophomores play significant minutes in this one. Great energy last night from the young Raiders. Kids play hard for coach McFarland. This was the first time I had seen Bolden play in a few years. Wow.. really nice player and shot the ball well last night. A couple of his threes were from way down town and a couple were with players in his face.

Enjoyed watching the Raiders play last night. Looked like D-Mac has switched up and shortened his rotation a little bit. Nice group of sophomores playing well together. Good things to come here in Union.
