I love reading JokersWild's production as well, and hats off to him. But my situation is much different. What I said above you may not have understood, I was asked to help out and I shared what I knew were my limitations with full disclosure. If you can find a suitable replacement so you are able to be happy with 6th region reporting, then I will not fight giving up my pen. Sorry for not being able to give you more in depth, but I will try to do better.

You are more informed than I am.

Who do you think wins the 6th? Can anyone make a run at Rupp?

Before the Trinity fiasco I would have said Doss and probably only them. But all seems to have changed since then. Beyond the whole fight and aftermath, then Tyler Jefferson is off the team. Last night they only beat Iroquois by 3, 52-49. Iroquois has struggled mightily this season. So my answer would be that Doss likely wins the region, but will not make a deep run like they potentially may have if I projected a few weeks ago.

I would personally like to apologize to everyone on BGP for being a part of this discussion that has gotten completely off topic, but it is hard for me to sit back idle while HoopDreamsCoachQ spews falsehoods and rhetoric. Walter, I apologize for taking over your post that was obviously meant to inform BGPers about the positive things that are taking place within the States most elite basketball program. The Travelers program has always and will always be about the kids, and not personal agendas.... I wish the same could be said about all other programs, but unfortunately ideals like those Coach Q has are the exact reason the media and others tend to look down on AAU. AAU is not about dividing and conquering; it's about providing opportunities for student athletes, and any program that does that the RIGHT WAY is OK in my book...

Look everyone, it is real simple, if you want coverage on BGP of a certain region it is going to be an expert from that region and we all have our own affiliations.

If any of you object to that, too you know what bad.

GoHardITP has done an excellent job and there is nothing stopping anyone on this site from adding posts to regional reviews with credible information on other teams/players in the region the weekly preview didn't properly address in your opinion.

Furthermore, I feel pretty certain that any professional is going to consider the additional information carefully moving forward.

Let's PLEASE all find a way to work together.
