February 2, 201511 yr Discovered this guy about 2 weeks ago . My fishing buddy was ragging me to no end about liking todays current country music , he said " I've got some country for you " and played some Simpson. It's good stuff and I'd like to go to Nashville to see him . But not at that price . Wonder how long before ' The Highway " on sirius starts playing him as a highway find ( new artist) ?
February 2, 201511 yr Did anyone go to the show in Covington? If so, how was it? I was gonna go but it sold out before I went to buy tickets. Glad he's on the Forecastle lineup. So long as his set doesn't overlap with My Morning Jacket, Modest Mouse, or The Tallest Man On Earth, I'll be catching him there for sure.
