For once I would have to agree with Rickyp, Rose Hill had a great run, and peaked at the right time, but LexCath is great team.

And I wonder if Catholic wouldn't have won by thirty if both teams only had one game to play. Catholic didn't press RH the way they did other teams to save energy.

 

 

If this was the finals, for what where they saving energy? Seems like this is the game for which you were saving energy. This should have been the "let it all hang out" and "hold back nothing" game.

Rose Hill gave Lex Catholic a real run for the trophy. Lex Cath was ahead by only 7 with five minutes to go. Kala stepped up as the sr leader two other times during the tourney as if to say, "I am going to win this game". I feel had she and the others had more than a few hours rest, an upset could have been a definite possibility. I spoke to Queen on Friday night and to Kala on Sunday after the tourney. I didn't see any of the other girls. Congrats to all the Lady Royals. It was great watching you play.
