What are some of the best resources (books, videos, clinics, etc.), other than coaches to learn about techniques and drills?

Clinics are real good videos come in second books are good if you have a good base of knowledge but some books can be both confusing and too advanced for some.

Go visit successful programs/coaches who you believe have systems in place that will work where you are. Look at as many as you can.

Sit in the parent's section of any losing team's bleachers. They are the experts.
