Exactly!!!! It's about doing what's right not what's easy. Also not all kids that are out are not out because of disciplinary reason or grades. Their are injuries and sickness.

I'm not calling the coach out. Just asking the question. The people that seem to be in the know, are the same people being really vague in their posts. Who's hurt?

From numerous fans that attended the game last night I heard comments on how the players in street clothes were on their cell phones the entire game while sitting on the bench, and we're even eating food from the concession stands while on the bench during varsity game?

While maybe doing the right thing in sitting them, I don't know of many, if any head coaches who would approve of those actions.

As much as I would love to give all the juicy details about all this I can't. Confidentiality is a very serious thing especially in a school setting. I assume everyone can respect that.

Once again congrats to Scott on a nice win. Regardless of who played or not Scott did what they had to do to win. Also Ohmer is a great player and I look forward to see how he progresses over his career.

Injuries are generally public knowledge. I didn't ask who got in trouble and who didn't do their homework. I asked who was hurt. There are threads on this board about kids being injured.

By naming who is hurt then that leaves out who is out for other reasons. Sorry I'm not going to do it.

I gotcha. I understand. No problem.

Sounds to me like the coach is in complete control. He's making a big statement, that some may not have understood completely before.

Absolutely right

Also during half time, instead of going in as a team. The kids in "street clothes" decided to take the time to shot as opposed to joining there teamates in the locker room. That is something a lot of head coaches would have zero tolerance for.

No way the coach is "in complete control" if this did take place !!
