Apparently Coach Hager has been pushing hard for the weight room Sheldon Clark was supposed to get back in the "Matney" era.:sssh:

Rumor has it, that by the end of March the weight room will have been started on, and hopefully, it will be done by the start of the 06-07 football season.

I couldn't think of a program that needed one any more then SC .Congradulation's :thumb:

Dang, a new head coach, success on the field last year, and now new facilities..... :confused:

Its official.

The weight room is being built as I type.

I dont think they're building the weight room because of the success the Cards had in the 05-06 season, but because they REALLY NEEDED the weight room. It's amazing how good they did, with what little they had (training materials, equipment, etc.).

Plus all of SC weights got stolen!! That is another reason they are building it.

That is a good reason! :thumb: I'm sure they didn't want the replacements stolen as well.

It's about time. It took long enough. Sheldon Clark has been a contender for the district title every year, with a few exceptions every year since it started football. 2A and 3A. Good Luck to Coach Hager and the Cards..

The weight room is "supposed" to be complete by mid April.

Not for sure if it will be though.
