Devon Still accussed of not paying child support

Featured Replies

Exactly as I had thought, he was paying her a figure they agreed on then he stopped. Take him to court ASAP and get a child support order. Then if he doesn't pay he will get locked up.

In other words, Still is the bad guy here, correct?

Well I'm sure there are a lot worse child support offenders out there than Still. Why he cut her off we don't know exactly. Is it because she wouldn't move to Cincy, seems pretty childish?

In any event she needs to take him to court and get a child support order. Right now she has a verbal deal with him which we all know means nothing.

It's a beef between mom and dad that has gone public, I think for the most part he is providing for Leah with the exception of missing a few payments. Hopefully, it's resolved shortly. She still needs to get a child support order and not "make a deal with Still."

I say no, already she is changing her story, what other parts of her story is she going to change?

As many of us said when this came out, there has to be more to the story. Right now she has been proven a liar, and IMO she needs to dig her way out of it for me to think otherwise.

There are so many split couples who never married but have children in the same situation. If the mothers would just let the courts decide what is owed there wouldn't be this childishness.

I am curious and if there are any attorneys out there that may know this please chime in. Ib the state of KY if the father makes $500k and the mother makes $30k and it's joint custody 50/50 what would the monthly child support be?
