I'm not relieved. I think this game shows OHS is probably not gonna win the state title. That's what separates a team like Highlands and OHS. Highlands can still win against a team like Hendo if they play a C- game. OHS can't. OHS doesn't get better as the season advances. They never do. They had 9 fumbles against Collins last year and they don't develop their passing game so when a team can stop their run, OHS is typically "up the creek". This game was a reality check.

Just on the outside looking in I've felt the staff hasn't put as much emphasis on winning this game the last few years. It's a rivalry game but it doesn't effect either teams playoff picture. Last year Henderson drives like 80 yards with 1 minute left in the game to win it. Ran the same play all the way dwn the field. OHS never adjusted! Anyway I have a friend that has said all year Henderson would beat Owensboro. Guess he was right. Pitiful pitiful showing by the Red Devils.

Makes me feel much better about McCracken's win last week against the Colonels!
