This crusty old lady on our street used to put out a dozen or so of those small white powdered doughnuts and call it a night. Of course, the first ghosts or skeletons who came by took them all, and that was that. She would also keep your football if it went in her yard (but would eventually give it back hours later). ......the things you remember from your childhood......

Trick or treat on Sunday afternoons....HS football is more important than NFL.
