October 28, 201411 yr Disagree. Michigan State. They haven't proven it. Oregon was going to keep scoring on them until Monday or Tuesday if the game had continued. Second half was a track meet and the Spartans were wearing boots. Since then they've done nothing to improve their resume, mostly no fault of their own. Somebody has to beat all the lousy teams in their conference. Thread jacked enough, but MSU hasn't done it for me.
October 28, 201411 yr Florida is no intramural team. Plenty of talent on that team. Even with their coaching situation, they'd finish third in the Big 10. Penn State plays some bad players by MAC standards. Florida? The team that got rolled by Mizzou? That Mizzou that got beat on their home turf by the worst team in the B10? Please. I know that losses to SEC teams don't count as real losses, but come on. Florida is AWFUL. Period. I know you are an SEC guy, but try just a little bit of objectivity. To say Florida would finish 3rd is just simply homerism at it's finest. Teams>FL in B10: Just about all of them.

I am no conspiracy theorist, but the officiating I have seen this year makes me wonder if I am wrong. There were some really bad calls in that game, not just those two. Found this an interesting read on the SEC officials as well. The author is a very well respected official, not sure if he has an axe to grind but he is really calling them out SEC has lost almost all credibility and integrity in officiating | FOX Sports

He has no actual proof. It just looks very suspicious. 2. I thought grounding was reviewable - or is that just the NFL? 3. While I agree with the, "If you can get it right - get it right philosophy," I don't want the game officiated from up stairs. I'm assuming they were trying to decide if a fair catch was actually signaled, and did anyone see it. 4. Clock, out of bounds, TD, across the line on a forward pass, those are things that can and should be looked at IMO.
