I am not sure why you chose to point out these seven teams as they are not the only teams to play KY teams. Why not point our Finneytown (#22 in D V Region 18), CCD (#10 in D VI Region 22 even though they are 7-0), Aiken (#20 in D VII Region 26), Ironton (#3 in D V Region 17), New Richmond (#8 in D III Region 10 and probably hurt by Grant County's tie), and the others?

Turpin is also hurt by their other four (4) losses. They are only 2-5 with wins over team Cincinnati Western Hills (2-5) and Withrow (0-7).

As for Sycamore, they are 4-3 with wins over teams that are 1-6, 3-5, 1-6 and 2-5.

IMO, it appears the Turpin and Sycamore are not very good teams.

A few thoughts as the Harbin's become more clear: DI playoffs are going to be interesting. Wayne and Centerville both appear to be the real deal. Love to see some of these games at PBS, likely headed to Welcome instead.

Elder needs to beat Winton Woods (they certainly should) and then beat either Highlands or LaSalle. Both would be good for them. The Panthers will also be rooting for Ed's to beat Moe, and in this case something like that could go a long way for Elder. I'm guessing the Panthers get in, but trying to figure their seeding is pointless right now.

Sycamore isn't very good, and won't make the playoffs.

In DII, Kings, LaSalle, and Mt. Healthy are all strong teams. I'll take LaSalle, but Kings is good.

Turpin is not good. Loss to Dixie meant nothing. They are 21st with only top 8 making the playoffs. Dixie wasn't going to come close to putting them over the top of that mountain.

Elder plays Winton Woods tonight, then HHS and then Lasalle. Assuming they win tonight, I think they will have to beat HHS OR Lasalle to get in. If they beat both, they may get a top 8 seed and host the first game (not sure about that though). The HHS game is VERY important to Elder.

Why not start your own thread?
