Three things i take away from this list: 1) Floyd is not a top corner; he may have top talent but its not playing out very well 2) Is Dixie that good? they have 6 people out of top 26...more than HHS? 3) Where are Cov Cath players (2)?? Didnt they trounce Dixie?

 

I think the RB at Cooper was more impressive than Powell...at least vs Ryle. Also, if there is debate about this Beechwood player not being one of the top WR in NKY, how about Arnwine from Ryle which has 500 receiving yards or so and has about 6 or 7 TD's. Just throwing that name out there...

I am a big Arnwire fan. Really liked what I saw out of him pre season in their 7 on 7's I watched and he hasn't dissapointed at all during the season.

If I remember correctly he caught a really nice jump ball against Cooper also for Ryles biggest play of that game.

 

He has great size and I love how he will win more times than not a contested pass vs the DB's he is up against.

If he has 500 yards rec. and 7 TDs he needs to be in the top 26. Then we are back to the age old question are numbers king or ability??

Powell is more like 5'8 175. But very fast and strong laterally very quick. If he stays healthy D1 offers will come his way.

Trust me on this. You could get a hand written letter every week for a school and never get an offer. Then you can can get an offer from a school that never sent a letter. You can have a coach call every few weeks and never get an offer. Then a coach can call for the first time and offer.

Yep and you can have a team that has some D1 commits and get crushed by a team with none. But this thread is about top 26 players. I would add 2 other players to this list. SK's Vercheak as a punter/tackle/tight end and Heflin QB/RB/WR 2 very versatile players.

Who would you replace on the list for your guys exactly? You do know this list is for the best at each position in the area right? You are simply tossing out names again and backups at that. Embarrasing
