I give the Royals a huge advantate in the backcourt, I give Russell a small advantage in the frontcourt with their tremendous size inside. I give Russell the advantate on the bench because they have more depth than Rose Hill, and I give Russell a big advantate with their coach.

Didn't a coaching error have a big effect on the last game? Russell has a slight advantage on the bench. If it is evenly called game RH wins by double didgets.

Defense will dictate who wins or loses this game. If Russell gets the ball into a half court set and keeps the turnovers below 12 for the game they have the ability to win this one. Rose Hill cannot afford to let Russell dictate the pace of this game. They must come out early and pressure sparks every time she touches the ball. Rose Hill must finish on the break or as some have spoken of, emotions could start pouring out. GL to both squads, may the team who executes best win.

Gee, likearock, I have read and reread the posts in this thread- particularly those by Uncle Jed, spindoc, and me. Other than Uncle Jed mentioning a desire that the game be called evenly and my request that they not nitpick (My statement, by its content, would indicate to most that it applies to both teams.), I see no particular reference to referees and certainly none indicating bias. Possibly you, my friend, should be a little more sure of your facts before you pontificate with advice and opinion. Relax. You seem quite hostile.

No offense scooterbob, you are pretty classy, my post should have indicated the fact that it seems like on a large amount of threads that two of the three suggested refs I mentioned always refer to the officiating. However, you are the most likely candidate to keep the other two focused on officiating a solid game, that's why I had you on the crew...thank you for your response, hope this makes things a little more clear.

 

Oh yea, Uncle Jed hoping the game is called evenly comment makes me wonder if he thinks that it would not be and that other games this year have not been.

Likearock, my friend, your above three posts articulate your position well. Although I did a good bit of officiating in the long past, I would need an electric wheelchair designed and built by Paul, Jr. and Vinnie of Orange County Choppers to keep up today. I think our two compatriots, Uncle Jed and spindoc, would let them play and keep their whistles reasonably quiet which would be of benefit to both teams. Best wishes.
