The dress code was given out before the dance, so there is no excuse for showing up dressed inappropriately.

 

Wonder what the mom's basis for discrimination is?

 

I think the only appropriate action is for students to petition for policy changes for next year.

 

I recall dress shopping with my daughter. When in doubt, we took a picture of her wearing it and sent it to the school "dress police". We always got a prompt response so we could purchase and move on.
