Leslie is too much inside for jackson city inside so i will say leslie by 10

there are these things in basketball called fouls, and each player has 5, and after you have 5 you cant play anymore, so maybe that would be some usueful info for jackson city to use on friday for the boys inside from leslie.....lol

If Leslie pressures Jackson City they will win. But if it gets into a half court game it may not be as easy for the eagles. Jackson City Shoots the ball alot better than Leslie. But Leslie will cause matchup problems with Jackson City.

Don't sell Jackson City short. That could be a mistake. I too think Leslie will win, but your statement doesn't give the Tigers any respect.

 

They did beat Hazard by a comfortable amount...at Hazard. And they won their district, the same district that has Breathitt County....the same Breathitt that defeated Leslie....at Leslie. So, give them some credit.

I'm like you Eagleman and Dominator. I think Leslie should not even try hard and they'll beat Jackson by 50. I wouldn't even play my starters until the 4th quarter. Jackson can't matchup, I would overlook them and pretend we didn't even have to play a semifinal game and that they are already in the championship. Tell your players and coaches the same thing. Tell them you want them to rest against Jackson City and goof off and have fun in tomorrows game. I'd tell them to shoot several from half court just to see if they can make them. Also try a behind the back shot or two. Please, I'm begging you, because just like you said, 3 guys could beat them. Jackson is "little" remember, they should be easily overlooked. Heck why are we even playing this game. Why did they even pick Jackson to play in this game, oh I forgot they didn't pick them, they earned their way there! I'm losing respect for Leslie fans by the minute, I still like the kids though, Day is a really nice kid.

Remember all Leslie fans do not represent the team and their mentality. The same is true for any school so dont think it is Leslie's team that are believing and saying these things. I know these kids and i do believe they will be ready to play. At lest they better be because IMO Jackson City is the most dangerous team in the tournament...especially if they are hitting.

I agree with you. Heck I have friends in Leslie Co. I didn't mean all Leslie fans. For a couple years I've gotten on here and backed up LeslieEaglesfan about his team because I've watched Leslie since middle school and they are a fine bunch of kids. I just get upset when disrespected, especially my kids getting disrespected because they have worked hard for years to get to this point. Thanks for your comment also.

I will be the first to say that Leslie will have to be as prepared for this game as they were for the Lee County game or they will be leaving the game losers. Jackson City is the most dangerous team in the region because when they are hitting they can beat anyone. I know these boys from Leslie and I have been around them for a long time and they have played Jackson City since Middle School and almost everyone of the games have been battles. Jackson City is good team and can beat any team left in this region when they are hitting.

I think this will be a hard fought game, if the Tigers want to win they are going to have to contain Morgan and Day down low. I think even with the lack of size the Tigers will win by 4.

Im not saying that we can play 3 and beat them I think tiger alumni was disrespecting us by bring up the sheldon clark game in FOOTBALL this is basketball its played on hardwood and not grass I can't back up the poster who said We could play 3 people and win I think that it is an outragous statement Jackson city is a very dangerous team and they wouldn't have made it this far if they were not. I think it is a low blow to bring somthing up like that and say someone's dream is "little." Leslie has thought about winning region since the region championship of last year. Jackson city is a good team and good luck to them but the Eagles have earned the right to be there just as much as they have.
