Bengals 24 Falcons 10

Featured Replies

It is really hard to not to get super excited about this team. I have to just remind myself that we are only two games in. My brother, who is HB the 2nd on the Bengals, is really hard to please and walking across the bridge he said "This team may be he best Bengals team I have ever seen. They just don't have a weakness."

PFF stats shared today that the Bengals only missed three tackles all day. The DB's Newman, Hall, Nelson and Iloka missed none. Now that is impressive in any game, but especially against what everybody seems to agree is a top 5 WR group. Really, the only time the Falcons had any kind of offense was late when the Bengals were just letting them eat the clock and playing semi-prevent from the end of the third quarter on.

The only negative starting player stats according to PFF stats was Bodine in the running game. He just needs the reps, they believe he will get there.

With all that being said, I just have to keep remembering it is only 2 games. So far, so good.
