Tell that to the players. No one is forcing Morehead to play this game.
If EKU is having to call the Morehead game a rivalry....they probably are in trouble.....WKU would be a perfect rivalry game in this state.....don't you think?

That would be great. I don't think WKU would do a home and home with EKU anymore though. I'd rather go to WKU than to Purdue and Miami (OH), and it would be a little more competitive than Florida and Louisville. If EKU is going to play FBS schools I'd much rather it be WKU, UL and UK. Although it was fun knocking off Miami.

I would totally agree with you....think the WKU game needs to be rekindled....always a good game and a true rivalry

I'm guessing the sticking point would be that WKU wouldn't want to come to EKU and wouldn't be able to pay out enough to get EKU to come there every year--at least compared to Florida, UK, Purdue etc.

It may have been a rivalry game a generation ago but MSU blew that when they eliminated schollys and went to the Patriot. It's more of a trap game now for EKU.

Morehaead is one of cheapest colleges in Ky to attend.

Pioneer League.......not sure about the trap situation...should just be able to show up and win by 4 td's
