All of the other 4 will.

This region is going to be very close. Southwestern and Lincoln bring back all 5 starters. Both teams will be senior dominated. Mercer lost only one senior and will be good for next few years.

After that i think its a slight drop to boyle and casey. Danville could also be in the mix at the end of the year. After this year Mercer could own the region for next few years.

Southwestern on paper has some good players but as shown in the region last year and several games in season they are only as strong as their coach. Thats why I put them third. I figure they can finish third without any help. :sssh:

Good point. I still think its too close to call with mercer, southwest, and lincoln. Going to be an exciting year in the 12th.

This just got me excited to watch the 12th!!

The thing those four teams have in common is they are all very we'll coached.

SW is not well coached. Did you happen to watch any games last year? That coach is building himself a reputation like he had at Pike Central where the parents offered to help him move his stuff when he left.

Parents not like you does not mean that you can't coach. At Pike Central, they were mediocre before he got there, he took them to final 4. They were mediocre after he left..... He inherited a situation at SW where the parents are hard to please. Lots of chiefs not enough Indians so to speak. Does he have a pleasant personality? Haha. But to say he can't coach is a reach.

I was talking about watching him coach in specific games. The game against Mercer will be laughed about for years to come. You must not be very connected to the Pike parents and school system or Southwestern. If he pulls the same stuff this year he will be looking for another job again.

He also inherited a ton of talent. They won a bunch of games last year and they will again this year. Anything less than a region title will be a dissapointment i would think. I hope he signs a multi year extension before the season starts. But Im also a mercer fan.

I'm not a SW fan at all. But I've seen his teams play in the past. His PIke Central team was well coached. SW did win a bunch of games last year and lost to a very good Mercer team in Region. If you are a Mercer fan then you know their team is talented beyond their years. If I had to take SW players or Mercer - it wouldn't be close. I'd rather have Mercer, so the fact that SW lost to them doesn't reflect poorly on the coach. I wouldn't confuse his personality with his ability to coach a team.

Truth this man is a terrible x and o coach. Thats a proven fact by his in game strategy. Did you not see what the above poster just said? He wants him to sign a multi year contract because if he is at the helm nobody has anything to worry about. I have heard other coaches in the 12th region( yes I said coaches and head coaches at that) say the same. Terrible sub patterns, terrible strategy, players do not like him. Need I say more?

I doubt this...... He and the AD are REAL tight! He stays as long as he wants.
