Southwestern has a talented group of kids no doubt. To say Mercer should never have been in the game makes me seriously question your basketball IQ.

I dont mean Mercer is not good. But to take a group of heralded veterans like Southwestern has you would think they could beat a group of 8th graders. This year with another year of maturity and strength I say there is no way SW can beat them. Sorry I came across wrong on that and meant no ill toward Mercers kids. Only a shot at a bad coach.

It will be a battle come tourney time with these 6 teams.

Casey edges Lincoln with their 6'2 Freshman and 6'0 Junior that will be major help for them on boards and inside this season. They will improve drastically through out the season I think.

6'2 Freshman is Lashaya Carman and the 6'0 Junior is Allisson Dollman. Dollman did not play last year. Carman Played very few minutes on varsity last season, but started all summer for them.

Yes, she is athletic, can run and jump well....It will take some time but both these bigs will help, plus an

8th grader 5'9 will help also , Breena Hayes.
