Insomnia

Featured Replies

Usually up by 4:30 on Saturday/Sunday you might catch me in bed until 6:30 or 7. I have problems going to sleep, usually don't hit the bed till 11 or 12 and when I do my mind is everywhere. I sleep with 2 fans on and that seems to help, but with traveling for work by the end of a week or 2 trip I'm just exhausted. I barely sleep at all in a hotel.

I don't wish it on anyone. Been a struggle for the past two weeks.

Are you exercising, I mean to the point of exhaustion? That always helps me.

Suffer from it all of the time, like right now. I did what I've been doing recently, sip a shot or 2 of Woodford's. The eyelids are drooping, now.
