1st Team it was 14 to 10 Boone. Second team it was 7 to 2 Butler.

 

Pretty even scrimmage. Butler is a step down from last year. Boone looks to be a couple of steps up from last year.

 

Overall a very competitive scrimmage and a great night for football!

Yea Butler lost some really good players Brown will be real good at WKU. Did Boone pass the ball alot?

Boone was very balanced on offense and they had success throwing and running the ball. Lamb and Marshall are studs.

No disrespect meant towards Boone, but I have a tough time seeing them beat SK, Dixie, or Ryle. I don't know much about Campbell. Like Guru said, baby steps. Boone needs any win they can take this year. I think they will be improved and win some games this year though.

That Butler team looked pretty good at the end of last season. Should add some confidence for Boone, and I'm sure they could use some.

Give Boone's staff time and it'll only get better. Just give it time....
