9th Region Top 10 Players Candidates

Agreed... some may not like this but is he the best sophomore in NKY? Love CVH but McNeil is making a strong case

IMO, McNeil makes things happens. CVH just makes it happen. Prime example of CVH, his game versus Holmes last year he couldn't miss that 10 ftr on the wing. Nothing flashy, he just gets the job done.

I disagree. No way Pangallo is 9th. Too low.

I hope this wasn't in order b/c no way Snapp is better then Pangallo no way at all.

TOTALLY DISAGREE WITH THIS... Like they say we will see in the end... and what D1 coach was it? I mean convince me cause from what I have seen all the shots he takes verses what he makes should be really looked at. I personally see him going to a JR. college...

CVH would get the vote for all-around D and O. Sean would get the pure offense vote.

What are basing that on? Personal experience of what it takes to get to a D1, there are very few kids that work as hard as Snapp does and has over the last several years. Snapp has had multiple D1 school interest, if he ends in Jr. college that will be because he choose that is a better fit for him . May be the purest shooter in the 9th.

2 different type of personalities. Pangallo tends to make things happen a little more while Snapp sits on the outside dropping shots left and right.

Both great players.

I'll introduce you to Sean McNeil some time. Not close.

I should add that those two plus Spencer Hemmerich are going to put a lot of points up over this season and the next two. Spence can play, too.

How many times have you seen Snapp to give this "educated opinion" of his game and where he ends up playing at the next level?

Snapp can play and can play with the best of them. Nothing against Newport but some of the shots he takes are out of necessity. Watch him play with talent around him and that is why college coaches are showing the interest they are. (Hence my comment about the summer conversation)

Snapp's work ethic is also off the charts. The fact that you think he ends up at a JUCO tells me all I need to know...

He's ability to shoot the ball is not at question it's all the shots he takes which when I have seen him play he misses more then he makes... However, I never questioned him being a hard worker sure he is.. do I think he is top 10 no I don't... Like I said we will see in the end... the soph. McNeil from Cooper is the purest shooter out there and no one can argue that... I wouldn't say maybe he is the purest shooter out there...

Both very good shooters. What I like about Snapp is different than what I like about McNeil. I very much like how effortless Snapp's shot it. McNeil is twice the size of Snapp and just goes up against anyone. Great shot no doubt, I like like thats kids toughness. He will just continue to get bigger and stronger and watch out in two years.

Thank you !!!!! Not close at all... what a joke...

Snapps got 3 games in, give the kid time and don't write him off already.

Talking about S McNeil, there is an aspect of his game many will overlook but I think it is a huge part of his game and will tell you his make up as a player and that is his rebounding.

I wouldnt dnt be surprised if game in and game

out he isn't among the team leader in rebounds.

Tonight alone one he made a play at the end of the game you seldom see. Cooper was up with under a min left in the game and Conner had to foul. Well they fouled McNeil and he went to the line, the only players around the key were Conner players as all cooper players were standing at half court. McNeil makes first free throw and then misses the 2nd as it goes off the right side of the rim and guess who gets the rebound among 4 Conner players on the right side baseline....McNeil. He is ferocious on the boards. Was unbelievable. By the way he finished as high scorer of the game.
