Dixie/St. Henry Predictions

Featured Replies

The 1 seed Dixie faces off against the 2 seed St. Henry @ 5 @ Lloyd for the 34th District Chamionship. The Colonels lead the season series against the Crusaders 1-0.

Gotta go with Dixie in this one. Any idea who will be pitching?

Any updates? ?

It was stopped by rain, 7-1 Dixie in the bottom of the sixth. Will finish tomorrow.

Henry Kerns pitched the first 6 innings for the Colonels, so he can not pitch again tonight. Colson Holland started pitching for the Crusaders and pitched 5 innings? giving up 7 runs. Michael Ridilla came in in relief for Holland. The game will be continued at 4 o'clock at Lloyd today.

If the game was called in bottom of the sixth, is it not a complete game? Does the tourney have special rules?

Tourney games have to be completed. They go into suspension in the postseason.

Congrats to the Colonels on the district title. Going to need a good run to get out of the region alive with momentum. Believing in this great group of baseball players.

Congrats to Dixie, however, St H came back from a 7-1 6th inning rained / postponed deficit to a very competitive 1 inning run at the end. Score ended at 7-5. St H made it very interesting. Good for them. Good luck to both teams!
