With a record of 29-4-1 one would think the #2 team in the state would be an automatic to return to the state tourney. But recent events and the injury to their ace pitcher Moss have people seeing an opportunity to win the 4th region now. Greenwood just lost twice over the weekend which has not happened for quite a while.

 

Without their coach and their ace, Will Greenwood be facing a challenge just to win their district? I think playing this past Saturday allowed them the opportunity to adjust and get themselves re-focused and still win the 14th district.

 

As far as the issue they are facing, I will support the coach unless something is proven differently.
