This should be one of the top tournaments across the bluegrass this upcoming basketball season.

There are some good teams on the list and some that will not make the regional tourney IMO. A very diverse group.

It is not a tournament.

I'm anxious to see the pairings.

Can we get some clarification? Is this a tournament, a series of games, a shootout of some sort. What's the format, and what are the date(s)?

Just a series of games. Some teams will get 1-2 games while others will get 2-3. I think the dates are Dec. 18-20

Will games be at Rowan or at MSU?

This is a showcase of teams...great line up! It will be held the 19th and 20th of December.

They will have all the games at Rowan County High School and Rowan County Middle School.

I know that the effort is to have Cov Cath and Knott Central play during that weekend.

I know the coaches have talked about taking this to a tournament in upcoming years, but as for now it is a show case of teams.

This past years had two great days of basketball, and 2014 looks like it will be even better.

How close are the gyms?

The gyms are real close to each other. They are probably a tenth of a mile a part. Easy walking distance.

Might try to catch a game or two.

How close are the gyms?

You can spit on the Middle School from the High School. I think there is a Community College on campus as well.
