April 27, 201412 yr Some on here figured the Reds would score at will, or so it seemed. Far from the case. Scored 5 runs in the series and 1 over the last 19 innings.

April 27, 201412 yr Author I honestly feel like sv won this bet and you all who bet against him should have to sport the braves avatar. Yep, the facts of the bet really bear that out. Come on HB. Don't let your Braves love cloud your perspective.
April 27, 201412 yr No' date=' you're hallucinating. You said they wouldn't score 4. That's it.[/quote'] I know I lost, not debating.
April 28, 201412 yr Yep, the facts of the bet really bear that out. Come on HB. Don't let your Braves love cloud your perspective. I acknowledged that I know he lost. I just think he was closer to being right than any of you expected.
April 28, 201412 yr Author I acknowledged that I know he lost. I just think he was closer to being right than any of you expected. No. What the deal is ,,, the Braves out pitched the Reds. And they swept them because of it. The first game came down to a replay of the last out, that's how close that one was. The second one was clearly a Braves outstanding pitching performance. Today, it went into extra innings and I'll go one step farther, Cueto is better than anyone on the Braves staff. Freakin' stud, bottom line. Braves starters are the best in the league right now, no debate. The whole is terrific, but none on Cueto's level. So, please, spare me the details that Atlanta ran roughshod over the Reds. Just not true. No blowouts, and 2 games that could have gone either way, at your place no less. That without their closer and 2 1/2 games without their hottest hitter. So, there's that. Pete will look good in his speedo's for a month.

April 28, 201412 yr The first game came down to a replay of the last out that was clearly called right on the field. And it doesn't matter how close the games are...the Bravos still went 3-0 and allowed what...6 runs over 3 games?
April 28, 201412 yr Author Cueto is not "on another level" when it comes to Braves pitchers, just not true. I disagree.

April 28, 201412 yr Author Cueto is not "on another level" when it comes to Braves pitchers, just not true. 1 run in the last 30 innings. 2CG. double digit Ks twice. Just sayin.
