If she stays in Ky . Montana Fouts 14u kid -- not sure on 7th or 8th grade, in East Carter school system. Will challenge Ashlands stranglehold on the 16th . Throwing a legit mid 60's . ( no jokes needed ) played for Laser Orange and currently committed to throwing for the Birmingham Thunderbolts this summer . Didnt give up a run against very good 14's in No Ohio last weekend .

She is an 8th grader

Wow, how did she end up in Grayson?

lives in west virginia, i hear...big girl....used to play with the wv dusters over there...sounds like she's moving on to bigger a better things if she's trekking down to birmingham for the t'bolts...don't see her playing in the bluegrass once she hits freshman year if she is still living in wv.

She pitched the last 2 seasons for the Thunder Elite '00. They finished in 5th place last season at the 12U ASA/USA Nationals in Chattanooga, TN. They had an outdoor record of 77 wins and 7 losses against very good competition.

Rumor has it she will be a Bandit next year!!

I think one parent lives in WV one lives in Ky, so not sure how it will play out.

She has several high D1 offers already, one beening THE Ohio State and I believe Oregon has offered as well.

If she let's it play out a little she will have offers from almost every big time BCS school.

Hopefully I will get a chance to check out one of their games.

Erika Brewer, even though she playes for Menifee, is going to be playing at Northern KY, a D1 school. Not Oregon, but still D1

Did she play HS ball last season?

Yes. She averaged 12.59 strikeouts per game last year.

Hopefully I will get a chance to check out one of their games.

They're playing in Pendleton's Swing for the Cure Classic on May 3.

Good luck to her!

That's good news...God knows they are barely scraping by for quality players :sarcastic:
