If Larry French ends up at Southwestern where does Boyle County fall at on the list?

 

Pretty high, If ranking the openings I'd put them with Lex Cath and ahead of PT

Especially considering they will be 3A pretty soon.

Yep, Boyle and LexCath both. 3A is going to be stacked like no other, and Boyle/LexCath are just a tip of that iceberg.

 

If they end up in the West, which they could, my goodness.

I don't disagree but they won a title and I think the folks at LexCath aren't happy finishing behind Highlands every year...

I don't see them saying "thank you may I have another" like in Animal House. I think any program that has recently won a title anything else is below what they are wanting.

 

But you could be right 3rd/4th in 4A may be the best they can hope for and all they are shooting for.

 

Most parents/fans at LexCath knew the Knights were the underdogs each year but also knew with a well played/coached/executed game that getting to Bowling Green could be done. This past year it was the execution that hurt with 2 turnovers on the first two possessions.

 

The desire was certainly to win state.

 

The consolation last years was the programs first back to back Region titles. This year the streak was extended to three in row and was a good accomplishment for the seniors. But it was still short of the stated goal.
