It concerns me a bit that the Colonels beat St. X a little over 2 weeks ago by 14, but had to win this one in OT.

 

Although I'm satisfied that CovCath won, the real exciting play of the game sounded like the kid that hit the 3 for St. X to send it into overtime.

The sound of silence, from the X side on of the gym, on that last shot, was indeed wonderful!

 

Hard fought game, very physical and I mean that, very physical, as that is the way the game is played in Ohio.

 

The St. X stats guy told me that their next game is at Moeller Vs. Moeller and he said "it would be a football game on the hardwood"!

Cincy St X has big boys! I saw them when they played Dixie... they are tall and muscular... very physical. Nice win by the Blue Colonels. Its hard to beat a good team twice in the same season... the second time they are usually a little more amped up for revenge.

I read in this where CC is 15-1. I missed who they lost to as I am not able to get on as much as I would like during the height of my season too. So who was their only loss to? Thanks in advance!

Have a D-1 guard (going to a MAC school, I believe) and a few seniors that were contributors as sophomores on a State of Ohio D-1 Final Four team (which is rare air). Solid bunch.
