Yep.

I'm not sure how you pick one of the Ballard boys over the other for Mr Basketball.

I don't either, but I think Snider will get it.

Who got techs? Anyone going to have to miss tomorrow's game?

• Ballard 86, Doss 76: Kelan Martin (29 points, eight rebounds) and Quentin Snider (24 points, eight assists) had their typical solid games and Jalen Perry added 20 points as the No. 1 Bruins (16-4) beat the No. 14 Dragons (12-4) in a fast-paced contest.

No one will miss today's game. There was a tie up at half court, both players wouldn't let go after the whistle, then both jumped and up and where in each others face. Instead of the ref separating them he turned his back to see possession arrow, by the time he turned around all 10 players were standing and "woofing" at each other. A couple wouldn't shut up and were both given techs, that was it. Nothing major.

Mistake by at least one official.

You have three officials for a reason and deadball officiating would be one.

You never turn your back on a scrum, especially in a game that was probably already a bit chippy, to check the arrow. Your two partners do that. Why the hurry to see the arrow? Fix the scrum. Get everyone off of each other. Calm them down THEN check the arrow. They can't start play without the officials.

Where were his partners?

Patented 3rd quarter blitz by the Bruins, scoring 29 points and forcing Doss into 10 turnovers (committed only 6 in the first half). Also scoring big for Balard was Jalen Perry with 20 on 7-8 shooting.
