By the way the players he drafted if he was only there two years were obviously very young then. He had to play with a QB named Kyle Orton lol. The next coach came in and had to start Orton too and was also losing before he started to start the guy McDaniels drafted in Tebow.

There have been many coaches who have won in their first year. Shoot, last I checked Harbough for SF has been to the NFCG every year he's been a HC.
