Ok, here's what I did:

 

I took each of the five Top 20 rankings (BGP, MaxPreps, AP, Lit, Cantrall), and assigned points (20 for #1, 19 for #2, etc.) to xcome up with a composite ranking.

2. Trinity (94 pts.)

3. Hopkinsville (82 pts.)

4. Scott Co. (81.5)

5. NewCath (76.5)

6. CovCath (71)

7. Lafayette (69)

8. Holmes (63)

9. Montgomery (61)

10. PRP (56)

11. Knott Central (52)

12. Wayne Co. (45)

13. Lexcath (30)

14. Iroquois (24)

15. Perry Central (20)

16. Lincoln Co. (18)

17. Graves Co. (17)

T18. St. Xavier (12)

T18. Warren central (12)

T18. South Oldham (12)

 

Just missing: Cordia 11, John Hardin 8, Bowling Green 8

Some interesting things I noticed:

 

Cordia was 10th in BGP, but only appears in one other poll, Maxpreps (20th)

Iroquois was rated in all the computer polls, but not the 2 human polls

Doss and Bullitt East are in the human polls, but not the computer polls.

 

Just wanted to give another tool to debate with.

How about Kentucky's #5 and #6 (on this particular ranking) meeting Friday night!? Will be a great night of basketball.

You're welcome. May try to do this every week. Once I get it set up in a spreadsheet, it wont take long to do. Covcath's ranking was brought down by being 15th in our poll. I'd say after last night, they'll rise for sure. Looking forward to that #5 vs. #6 meeting myself.

All I used were the 5 ranking systems already in place. SOS probably factors into the Bluegrass Preps Top 20 more than the others.

Those 2 are the best factors, IMO.

It comes into play with all the computer rankings. That's how they work, by comparing what the spread should have been against what actually happened. I think this is a GREAT way of ranking teams by combining ALL the polls. You really can't argue with this unless you just have an ax to grind. Great job doing this. Thanks.

There is no way I can believe SOS comes into play with the computer rankings if Iroquois is ranked so high. We have to wait until the LIT to see if their ranking is justified.

Iroquois was the one team that really stood out to me. Haven't really played anyone,IMO.
