This is a district seeding and conference game. I would assume this will need to be made up unless they play in the All A and use that game to satisfy these requirements.

Not sure if this one will be made up....

That could bite. How then will they come to a fair assessment of seeding, especially with Newport and Highlands? Sure, It's fairly obvious that NewCath would be the number 1, and they can always determine head to head minus the NewCath/Newport game, but ultimately the assessment would be made from assumption and not complete fact. Perhaps the 36th tourney will end up looking like NewCath/Dayton on one side, and either Highlands or Newport with a bye on the other side, where one of them faces Bellevue first I suppose. :idunno:

That is what one coach is wanting to suggest.

I know the same coach tried to contact the other coach last night to makes suggestions about making the game up.

That would make sense, however there's no guarantee of this as Newport will likely have to get past Holy Cross first, who in their first meeting had a pretty competitive game where to get the "W" Newport had to come from behind. Holy Cross now seems to be playing a bit better than that first meeting. Whoever does win between HC and Newport will then likely face Beechwood, and probably take care of business there, with of course that again being an assumption however likely.

I believe in a 5 team district #4 plays #5 and the winner meets #1 in the semis. Meanwhile #2 plays #3 in the other semi. That said I would hope they make it up if they do not meet in the Finals of the All-A. Maybe if they play in the All-A it counts for Seeding and the NKAC D II game and if they do not meet then they will make it up.
