Taylor County 73 Elizabethtown 61

Nice win for Taylor County. Probably knocked Elizabethtown out of the top 20.

Taylor County is now 10-3 which includes a 1 point loss to Cordia.

Lincoln County is up next for Taylor County on Saturday at LexCath.

Not sure how much to read into any Cordia results. They've been very inconsistent. To me, beating E'town means much more. Should be an interesting game. Although Taylor obviously has a couple of really nice players, I'm taking Lincoln in a close one.

David Sloan leads the Cardinals with 16. Goodin & Wiggington both with 15.

Win this one and then the game against Lincoln later this week and Taylor County might be looking at a Top 25 ranking.

Looking forward to seeing them play in the FORCHT BANK KING OF THE BLUEGRASS SHOWCASE on February 1st against Luke Kennard (UK Recruit) and Frankling City, Ohio
