For those of us who didn't play football past middle school, what exactly is a "walk through" in Football?

Am I being too paranoid in thinking I wouldn't do this in another team's stadium (especially one close to the school I'm going to be playing)?

Not too paranoid, but these walk throughs are a lot of standing around and going through the motions. Unless you are unveiling something goofy I think teams would over think the paranoia.

Gotcha. So high schools don't do things like the Rams' walk through supposedly did when the Patriots were accused taping plays they might run in the redzone?

You have to know where the walk though is being performed first. It's usually at a third party school.

Gotcha. I'm guessing you go do it at the place of one of their biggest rivals if you can.

Maybe. Normally the site is determined by the distance, about half way.
