Government isn't?

I would label the United States government inefficient rather than corrupt. I would label big business corrupt but efficient. More stories just the past few days about lingering and new billion-dollar problems involving investment banks. These guys have learned from the '08 financial meltdown, haven't they?

 

Probably not.

I'm very clear in my belief that I don't think health care insurance is a right.

It's always good to be clear.

 

One of the biggest laughs I've had recently came when some fiscal conservative Republican on TV called for the total elimination of the Affordable Care Act, adding that the Republicans would address pre-existing conditions, keeping kids on one's policy, etc. piecemeal.

 

What a sack of shinola.

 

If anyone believes Boehner and McConnell would address these concerns piecemeal, I've got a bridge over the Ohio River to sell you.

Keeping an adult on their parents policy until their 26 is a bad law. They aren't kids at 26 you are an adult. Again I don't think insurance is a right. When you force people to either buy or sell a product the artifical force in the marketplace causes prices to rise. You can tell me about intentions and you can tell me horror stories. It will not change the fact that impact of government instrusion has hurt millions more than it has helped.
