October 16, 201312 yr Author ^I agree completely.....You all have my permission to call me any and all derogatory names you can come up with if it means I'm getting a cool $10k for it.
October 21, 201312 yr The question I have is who set up the account to contribute to for the Red Lobster waitress? If it was the waitress it just smells fishy...excuse the pun It's fishy. The customer is going to sue her and he has a handwriting analyst saying he didn't write that and his girlfriend didn't either.
October 21, 201312 yr It's fishy. The customer is going to sue her and he has a handwriting analyst saying he didn't write that and his girlfriend didn't either. Wow, I don't know if I'd rather it be him or not at this point.
October 21, 201312 yr It's fishy. The customer is going to sue her and he has a handwriting analyst saying he didn't write that and his girlfriend didn't either. The N doesn't match. Why would he use a lower case n for none then a capital N for the other word. The E's also look off.
October 21, 201312 yr It's fishy. The customer is going to sue her and he has a handwriting analyst saying he didn't write that and his girlfriend didn't either. Expert witnesses say what you pay them to say.
October 21, 201312 yr The bus driver deserved every dime I work at an alternative school and get dog cussed and threatened on a daily basis. Are you saying that all I have to do is complain and I will get paid $700,000?
October 22, 201312 yr Expert witnesses say what you pay them to say. Agreed. He's also claiming they passed lie detector tests. I'd rather be him right now than her.
October 22, 201312 yr Agreed. He's also claiming they passed lie detector tests. I'd rather be him right now than her. The old "claim something that's completely inadmissible" trick.
October 22, 201312 yr I work at an alternative school and get dog cussed and threatened on a daily basis. Are you saying that all I have to do is complain and I will get paid $700,000? Are you sympathetic and likable? Can you generate an emotion in complete strangers to feel sorry for you and your lot in life and give you some of their money earmarked for charitable giving? I'm guessing not...but give it a whirl.
October 22, 201312 yr Agreed. He's also claiming they passed lie detector tests. I'd rather be him right now than her. If it turns out that his story is more believable than hers he's probably looking at a lot more than $10,000 from Red Lobster.
October 22, 201312 yr The old "claim something that's completely inadmissible" trick. It would be in a civil suit wouldn't it? It would also be admissible in a criminal trial if the defense wanted to bring it in would it not?
October 22, 201312 yr .............. Two things: 1) This sounds to me like a guy who fears for his life, literally, so he is desperately creating this "I didn't write that" story to save his hide. However.... 2) If he in fact didn't, and she made this up, he has the easiest open-and-shut Libel case in the history of our Judicial System.

Anyone who would write something like that on a credit card slip would have shown their true colors in the past. Get some past writing samples and a good interviewer and you should be able to determine who's not being honest.
