Wow. Two years in a row Conner pulls out a W with under :35. Big props to both teams who really wanted this game bad. The field was like a mud pond in spots, just deplorable. Put field turf in your remaining three schools BC. You know it's inevitable, why wait?

How did CC score? Assuming two Tds and two missed PAT?

 

Got to do the little things right all the time to win these types of games...JMO

Score on a 50 yard run missed PAT. Scored on a 60yd screen missed 2 pt converstion.

Sounds as if CC gave Conner all they wanted and then some. Most people did not give the Camels much of a chance in this one and the score suggests otherwise...Just sayin

 

This whole 6A District thingy could get real interesting by yrs end:thumb:...JMO

I may have missed it in the threads, but can someone clarify if there was a bad spot (by 10 yards) at the start of the 4th quarter? The field was such a muddy mess it was difficult to tell where play ended at the end of the 3rd, but Camel fans and coaches were quite upset by ball placement.

When they moved the chains to the other end of the field to start the 4th the ball was suppose to be on the 25 and they spotted the ball on the 35. Absolutely no excuse for this. I was listening on radio also and the Conner announcers said it was horrible and Coach Lickert had every right to be upset.

Camels still needing to get healthy, I thought they were getting there, but it's apparent with the guys on the sidelines we are not there yet.
