Well surely you can understand the enthusiasm that fans of any program in this state will have when they defeat any football team that has Highlands on their chest.

 

 

That enthusiasm should be a given.

I know in my life time I will not see Highlands lose 4 games in any season. Just speaking the truth and what they have built up on that hill in NKY. They deserve what they have and will continue success in the future. JD

They have to schedule them, then hope HHS has a down year. I guess someone could pay attention to their Freshman and JV teams over a couple years and project when they might be down. Then they would have to scramble to get them on the schedule.

My wife and I still laugh about the game at Ryle in 2010. It was their senior night and when they announced the seniors, they gave the seniors best memory of their careers. There were several who had a regular season freshman win 4 years earlier as their favorite memory. This was a week or two after they had a huge district win over their closest rival to clinch district. Of course they beat the birds that night also.
