The Colonels come into Mike Holcomb Athletic Complex, Breathitt County High School at 2-0 after two easy wins by defeating Montgomery County 48-12 and Lincoln County 55-14. Breathitt County comes in at 1-0 by defeating Jackson County 47-14.

Does Bourbon County continue to roll or does Breathitt get win #2 and upset Bourbon County?

When you see the names Bourbon and Breathitt you automatically think that this will be a good game or should be but this year, Bourbon returned nearly everyone from last year's team while Breathitt lost almost all of their scoring.

I'll take the Colonels big, 42-14

Coach Moore will have his troops ready in front of the home crowd. I'll take Breathitt by 12.

Bourbon Co. 45-29.

7 Scott County

5 Spencer County

3 Central

2 Doss

1 Ballard

Spencer County

I'll take Bourbon Co in this one. Pope is a fantastic QB, and Bourbon returns nearly everybody except Hopkins from a semifinal team. Breathitt had to replace their coach, do everything QB and a host of others. I will be interested to see how Breathitt performs, but I'll be surprised if they keep it within 2 touchdowns.
