Ludlow 2013/2014

Basketball season for 2013/2014 should provide another exciting year. What should we expect from Ludlow ? Remember, please be constructive.

Has a really strong senior class coming back , led by Howard and Cody . Also a young sophmore group that has really good potential led by pg Kalib Mitchell and C Marcus Roark . Alot of buzz around the school of how talented this team is . If they get the right coach and leader they could be best team to come out of LHS and get relatively far this year .

Jared Howard is the best player in division III basketball bar none. I know he has played some pick up games with the kids from Holmes and held his own and impressed the Holmes kids. Not too many kids in DIII could play DI, but he's one of them.

I expected more out of Ludlow last year with the talent they had. Last year (in the few games I saw), they played outside too much. Both Howard and Cody can hit from the outside, but they are both good enough taking the ball to the basket or playing in the paint to just chuck up outside shots. They will have a hard time getting out of the district. Should win D3 in NKY and be competitive in many games. I hope they have a strong year.
