GAME DAY!!!!!

I have held back from saying anything about this game remaining at Putnam Stadium up until now. I do believe that this game could have/maybe should have been moved to Raceland due to the construction, absence of seating situation at Putnam this season. I just wanted to get that out there and will not mentioned it again.

Oldrambler, if you are listening to the infamous announcer for Ashland on the radio, I'll say a prayer for you that you can stomach his critiques. Hahaha

 

Doc, I will be but I can say that D. Martin doesn't bother me. Yes, he is a homer, his dad before him was a homer and they are going to be pro Ashland, a person knows that when they tune in. Martin, although not often will give their opponent due credit if they are out playing his Tomcats. Martin is imo the best play by play guy in our area, no question about that.

Besides, should Raceland be playing well it is hilarious listening to him complain about the officials, fans, band, global warming or anything else other than his Tomcats being out played. All joking aide, I do like his play by play call.

Here's an Idea, lets propose a fair and balanced broadcast and put me in the booth with Martin ! Tomcats homer / Rams homer :popcorn: .

Well, if Howard Stern can survive, I guess "Oldrambler and Dicky" could catch on.

Both teams want to make a statement tonight. Should be a hard fought game. I hope both teams emerge healthy and better prepared for the rest of the season. For Ashland to win, one or two of the younger kids will have to become household names. There are a few that have that potential. If they choose tonight to stake that claim, Ashland will win. If Ashland has to rely on one player, no matter how gifted he may be, they will lose.
