Booking flights

You "should" find some good fares to Green Bay. But, as was mentioned if you want to attempt to save some money try the name your price option on Priceline. But again, when you use that you just choose your departing and arriving cities, and the dates, they choose the time and airline, and you may have some layovers too. If you don't have your tickets yet, later tonight (about 1-5AM) or the same time tomorrow night would be the best times to find the lowest fares.

But I usually fly international, which is much easier to find deals as the flights are not as full as domestic these days. When I was coaching my basketball team during the summer in the U.S. we always flew out of Columbus, Dayton or Indy due to the fares, Cincy was too high for a RT to L.A..

Green Bay for Packers exhibition game

Price-wise, You might consider flying into Chicago then driving up to Green Bay…

I use this quite a bit.

Looks like American is $340.

Here's something I've done and know people who have done it. Apply for an airlines (Delta, United, etc) credit card. Use the credit card to buy your ticket (usually means free checked bags). Most of the cards give you enough miles for a free continental US ticket when you sign up with them. Pay off the credit card and cancel it after you use your miles. Basically 2 tickets for one.

Assuming you want to be there for the August 23rd game, depending on when you are leaving, and how long you are staying, rates look to be @$328 RT to Green Bay, and @$279 to Milwaukee from CVG. Sounds reasonable to me.

Unfortunately have to be home on Saturday. Can't find anything under $433 for my time frame. Thanks for looking and filling me in

Do you recommend booking online or directly calling the airlines and booking the flight or does it matter? I figure it will be hard to reach someone by phone to book your flight. Can you get a better deal by calling and talking to someone?
