I'm not really sure what I just saw when I watched that video clip. Are you Wireman or anyone else here familiar with this type of sermon, I've never quite seen anything like that. Any idea what denomination this particular church is? I may have missed it, but I didn't really hear what I would consider a message in there. But again that's me, to someone or others it might have been filled with a message/thread. It was just...very different than anything I've ever experienced going to church in both various Baptist and Christian churches for many years. And having attended a handful of Catholic masses (had a long time relationship in college with a Catholic girl...that's a WHOLE other thread...haha) I would think many of them would find this very different than their experiences at church as well, but maybe I shouldn't assume that either.

After watching that I viewed some more clips of other, older pastors preaching in much the same method. Something I just had never seen or experienced before. Having grown up Baptist (now attend Independent Christian church), I wouldn't have guessed that's what it was. Interesting. I have never seen pews arranged that way up in the pulpit. Is that common in this type of church or just a unique setup at that particular church?
